The sessions are only 10 minutes. THE ZOOM meeting will begin every hour, for the duration of time.

Over the next 10 minutes, we’ll explore two breathing techniques that will help you optimize your lung capacity, boost circulation, and work with your body’s natural processes to improve overall health. Before we begin, If you can remove your shoes as we are taking a moment to settle in. Find a comfortable seat or stand tall. Close your eyes if you can, and take a slow, deep breath in. Exhale completely. Let’s make these 10 minutes count for your body and your health.

What is cold therapy?

are on a path whether you like it or not, namely, the path that

is your life. Meditation may help us see that this path we call

our life has direction; that it is always unfolding, moment by

moment; and that what happens now, in this moment, influences what happens next.
